1. Information we collect / 集める情報
Account information: the email address you use to log in, and the display name you set.
アカウントの情報：ログインに使うメールアドレスと、設定した表示名。
Content you create: notes, titles, memos, and the images, videos, PDFs and audio you attach. For photos, the date taken and a place name derived from the location may be saved; exact coordinates are not saved.
ご自身が作る内容：記事・題名・メモと、添えた画像・動画・PDF・音声。写真は、撮影日時と、位置から求めた地名を保存することがあります（正確な座標は保存しません）。
TikTok data (only if you connect your TikTok account): an access token and refresh token, and for each of your own videos: ID, title, description, creation time, cover image URL, share URL, duration, and the number of views, likes, comments and shares.
TikTok の情報（TikTok アカウントをつないだ場合のみ）：アクセストークンと更新用トークン、ご自身の各動画の ID・題名・説明文・投稿日時・表紙画像の URL・共有用 URL・長さ、再生・いいね・コメント・シェアの数。
Device storage: login cookies, and a local copy of your notes and settings so the app works quickly and offline.
端末への保存：ログイン用の Cookie と、速く・電波がなくても使えるようにするための記事と設定の写し。
2. How we use it / 使い道
To store, display, search and organize your notes; to create search indexes of your text; and to show the statistics of your own TikTok videos next to your notes. TikTok data is refreshed periodically while your account is connected.
記事の保存・表示・検索・整理、文章の検索用の索引づくり、ご自身の TikTok 動画の数値を記事と並べて表示するために使います。TikTok の情報は、つないでいる間、定期的に新しくします。
If the owner publishes a public page, the content shown on that page can be viewed by anyone. TikTok tokens are never shown publicly.
持ち主が公開ページを出している場合、そのページに出る内容は誰でも見られます。TikTok のトークンが公開されることはありません。
We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share TikTok data with anyone else.
情報の販売・広告への利用は行いません。TikTok の情報をほかの人に渡すこともありません。
3. Service providers / 外部のサービス
Data is processed by the following providers only to run the service: Supabase (database, file storage and login), Vercel (hosting), OpenAI (creating search indexes from text), TikTok (video statistics, when connected), and OpenStreetMap Nominatim (turning photo locations into place names).
サービスを動かすためにだけ、次の外部サービスで情報を扱います：Supabase（データベース・ファイル保存・ログイン）、Vercel（公開の基盤）、OpenAI（文章から検索用の索引を作る）、TikTok（つないだ場合の動画の数値）、OpenStreetMap Nominatim（写真の位置から地名を求める）。
4. Retention and deletion / 保存期間と削除
Data is kept while your account exists. You can delete notes at any time. You can disconnect TikTok at any time from TikTok's settings (Settings and privacy → Security → Apps / permissions); after that, dolly can no longer read your TikTok data. To delete your account and all related data, including stored TikTok data, please contact us (see Contact below).
情報はアカウントがある間保存します。記事はいつでも削除できます。TikTok の連携は、TikTok の設定（設定とプライバシー → セキュリティ → アプリの権限）からいつでも外せます。外したあとは、dolly は TikTok の情報を読めなくなります。アカウントと、保存済みの TikTok の情報を含むすべての情報の削除をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
5. Security / 安全管理
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Tokens and private data are accessible only from the server and only for the account owner.
通信は HTTPS で暗号化します。トークンと非公開の情報は、サーバーからだけ、持ち主のためにだけ扱います。
6. Changes / 変更
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
