1. The service / サービス
dolly is a personal workspace for writing, storing and revisiting notes and content, with an optional connection to your own TikTok account to view your videos' statistics.
dolly は、記事や内容を書き・保存し・見返すための個人用の作業場所です。任意で、ご自身の TikTok アカウントをつなぎ、動画の数値を確認できます。
2. Your content / ご自身の内容
You keep all rights to the content you create. You are responsible for it and must have the rights to anything you upload.
作った内容の権利はご自身にあります。内容には責任を持ち、アップロードするものについて必要な権利を持っている必要があります。
3. Prohibited use / 禁止事項
Do not use dolly to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload harmful files, or try to access other people's data or interfere with the service.
法律に反すること、他人の権利を侵すこと、有害なファイルのアップロード、他人の情報へのアクセスやサービスの妨害に dolly を使わないでください。
4. TikTok / TikTok との連携
The TikTok connection is optional. When you connect, you also agree to TikTok's own terms. dolly only reads your own videos and their statistics, and never posts or changes anything on TikTok. You can disconnect at any time.
TikTok との連携は任意です。つなぐ場合は、TikTok の規約にも従うことになります。dolly はご自身の動画とその数値を読むだけで、TikTok への投稿や変更は行いません。連携はいつでも外せます。
5. Disclaimer / 免責
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please keep your own copies of important content.
サービスは現状のまま提供します。動き続けること・情報を守ることに努めますが、止まらないこと・誤りがないことは保証できません。大切な内容は、ご自身でも控えを持っておいてください。
6. Changes and termination / 変更と終了
We may change these terms or the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. The latest terms are always on this page.
この規約やサービスは変更することがあります。規約に反する利用があった場合は、アカウントを止めることがあります。最新の規約は常にこのページに載せます。
